Leuzinger boys soccer team slows down Palos Verdes

Leuzinger boasts a smooth, high-powered offense led by Sebastian Cortez, Mario Ortiz and Luis Perez, but knew it had to bring more defense after allowing five goals to Palos Verdes the first time they met. All week Leuzinger worked on defending set pieces – Palos Verdes’ specialty – and packed its penalty box with extra players.
