Residents balk at L.A. Council District 4′s proposed new shape

Los Angeles’ redistricting panel suggests an area that lumps together trendy Silver Lake in Central L.A., Beverly Crest in the Hollywood Hills and Lake Balboa in the heart of the San Fernando Valley.
