Area football stars shine in showcase

Several South Bay players were given a chance to show their stuff at the Prepstar California Classic All-Star Games on Sunday at Home Depot Center. The event consisted of two games for high school football stars, and featured the San Diego Section fighting back from a 21-6 deficit by scoring twice in the final two minutes for a 23-21 victory over the L.A. City Section.
