PV girls basketball team saddles West with its 1st league defeat

For the second time this season, Palos Verdes’ girls basketball team stormed out of the gate and opened an early lead against West Torrance. Just like last time, West quickly rallied to get back into the game. Kelsey Brockway had seen this story play out once before and decided this time, the outcome would be different.
