  1. I thought California was the only state that made it not a crime, I thought it was still a felony everywhere else.

  8. Good because you would not have any closure by opening new doors, which is what you were about to do, if just talking about it is upsetting, than going further with this would have caused you potent stress you don't need and because you are HIV positive you don't need extra drama, but why not continue HIV videos ,as i'm sure you was helping people who watch your videos, you don't have to get so personal just discuss how you are beating this diet, meditation, etc., once in a full moon then talk about anything else, you was brave to show the changes with your body and most may have watched because they are in same shoes as you or just let your viewers know how you are feeling maybe once a month. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND CONTINUE TO FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT.

  10. Thank you Kam for using your platform and telling your truth, so many of us are ashamed and embarrassed to seek justice from those who has harmed us. We blame ourselves and self destruct both mentally and emotionally. Please seek justice and continue to educate us. Love ya always and keep smiling!

  12. to the ‘best’ friend: if you were not getting tested regularly and decided to sleep with others unprotected, knowing what’s out there, then that’s fucked up. if you know it’s likely that you passed it to a close friend, intentionally or unintentionally, then you should at least have enough respect to communicate that. own up to your shit like everyone else has to, and make the situation as right as you can. you changed someone’s life forever. move accordingly.

  14. Honestly I think it's your responsibility to protect yourself. I've asked several guys to come to the Dr with me to get tested before having sex and they refuse. Why would I want to have sex with someone who doesn't want to be responsible?

  15. Whatever happened to protecting yourself?

  16. People here trying to make their irresponsibility the other person's problem. It's your responsibility to get tested with your partner. Because you people in the comments want to be hoes someone else should go to jail? Girl, bye. It takes two.

  17. Kam you are really brave for putting these videos out on the web for everyone to see.

I feel it should be everyone's responsibility to know their status and get tested regularly. The law should hold people legally responsible for passing the virus even if they didn't know they have it (provided it can be proved somehow) – if you are going to be sexually active, you need to be responsible. This is 2018, there is so much information available regarding the disease, and HIV testing is free of charge and quick. I am not sure about the US, but in South Africa you can get free lube and condoms from your nearest clinic or from some public bathrooms. You can even test yourself at home by purchasing a home HIV testing kit if you are scared of nurses. People need to learn to use protection, even if someone claims they are clean, or they have been tested several times.

Kam u don’t have to apologize or justify anything u post as content on your platform…I’m just glad u were able to get the answers u were seeking in regards to ur HIV status even if they weren’t necessarily satisfying…Closure is definitely a freeing source when u want to move on without having to constantly fight off lingering questions…I pray you can move on now and focus on the many great things u have in store for the future!!!😊👌🏾❤️

  21. Sorry that happened to you. But people have to take ownership of their own health and bodies. People have to force your sexual partners to test, talk about it and protect. I hope your message can save someone else. Thanks for being brave enough to share your life. This is part of Gods plan and you are serving your purpose. So don't feel sad. You got alot of life left.

  22. I could have sworn that not disclosing that you have a deadly disease was a crime. But, you have your answer now. Time to move on with your life. Karma is a bitch and is eventually going to come for your Ex-Friend.

  24. That's the law here in California. I'm not saying what your bestfriend did was right. HE WAS ALL THE WAY WRONG..but it is still your job to protect yourself. You gotta take some of the responsibility also but God Bless You Sir.

  26. So much negativity on your channel in regards to this. It's a shame. Kam if I were you I would be pissed too that someone didn't tell me. Yes you should wear condoms etc BUT after a while in a relationship most ppl do stop wearing condoms. Yes you should've maybe gotten him tested before but most ppl don't unfortunately. It should be a crime to not disclose when you have a disease and do not tell ppl. I feel bad for you but thank you more ppl need to be aware. A lot of ppl don't even get tested…it's so important to know your status and your partners status. Hopefully your videos are more of a learning tool for others but fuck these negative ppl in the comments because it takes a very strong person to be as open as you are ❤️❤️❤️

  27. Not disclosing you have hiv to someone is illegal in certain states

  28. Please don’t try to blame it all on him. You had the sole responsibility to protect your body at all costs… knowing how common HIV even is within the gay community should’ve been enough for you to either A) get tested with your partner & B) use protection. Knowing you have HIV and not disclosing it is a felony in cali smh as it should be everywhere else. Whether he goes to jail or not y’all both still gonna have it so is that really Justice?
